1) Delete any folders that exist in: "C:\Program Files\National Instruments\RT Images\NI-RPC"
	-the reason for the delete is to insure that the new folder that we create will have the latest version number available.   Only the files in the latest folder version are installed to target controllers.

2) Unzip nirpc.zip to "C:\Program Files\National Instruments\RT Images\NI-RPC".   This will create a new folder in this directory entitled "2.1.1.3.0".

3) Update NI-DAQ firmware on the controller (NI-DAQ automatically installs NI-RPC with it).
	- Open MAX and select your controller under Remote Systems.
	- View the software tab and right-click to install software.
	- You can either reinstall all software, or simply install NI-DAQ by checking the appropriate boxes. 
	- Once the install is complete, the controller will reboot and be ready.


NOTE:   To check to make sure that the currect version is installed correctly, FTP to the controller and copy the file "c:\NI-RT\SYSTEM\nirpc.dll" to your local computer.   Right-click on this local file and select "Properties".  Select the "Version" tab.   Under "Item name:" select "Product Version" and view the value.   The correct version is "2.1.1f0"
