使用微粒分析時有些重要的資訊你必須知道:
- 如果是彩色影像，在做微粒分析前必須使用Imaq Color Threshold.vi
- 如果是黑白影像，在做微粒分析前必須使用Imaq Threshold.vi
- 如果是彩色影像並且使用Threshold.vi，那你必須先使用Imaq Cast.vi將16bit的影像轉換成8bit的影像再使用Imaq Threshold.vi去產生二質化
如果你使用彩色影像搭配專供黑白影像使用的Imaq Threshold VI或是黑白影像但是卻使用Imaq Color Threshold.vi，你會得到一個"Invalid image type"的錯誤
