解答: 653x只在pattern I/O模式下支持触发。在握手模式中，不能使用触发功能，因为在数据传输的开始和结束时需要握手线。
在pattern I/O模式下，触发信号必须连接到PFI <2..3> 或 PFI <6..7>的输入端（适用于NI-DAQmx），或者连接到ACK1 和/或 ACK2（适用于Tradition NI-DAQ (Legacy)） 。然而在握手模式下，这些线含有对外部的控制信息。
