問題: Web Publishing Tool內有個選項embedded, snapshot, 和monitor。請問他們之間有什麼差異?
解答:
embedded 這個選項將VI的人機介面嵌入到網頁中，並且存放在server的電腦記憶體當中，故所有的clients可以遠端瀏覽並且控制人機介面。您只能使用標準的VIs來達成此功能。舉例來說，您不能嵌入有polymorphic VI的程式碼。
注意: 這個embedded的選項只能使用在LabVIEW的Full和Professional Development Systems。並且需要將LabVIEW的Run-Time engine安裝在想要做遠端控制的電腦當中。
snapshot 的選項會在瀏覽器中顯示固定的影像。snapshot不支援在瀏覽器上與VI互動的模式。使用者可以使用重新整理的按鈕將瀏覽器上所顯示的資料做更新。
monitor 的選項將會將瀏覽器上的影像定時的做更新。在這個模式下一樣不支援您在瀏覽器上與VI互動的模式。
embedded 、snapshot 和monitor選項的主要區別就是，embedded 會要求每一個遠端控制人機介面的client都要有遠端連接許可。
