问题: 我尝试在MAX中或者NI许可证管理器中激活运动控制的硬件但是无法做到，我现在应该如何操作？
解答:
所有的NI运动控制硬件都已经被预激活，所以客户自己激活时没有必要的。
NI许可证管理器不再支持硬件激活。如果您拥有之前版本的NI许可证管理器，您可以尝试“激活”您的运动控制硬件。事实上，激活您的硬件并没有必要也不应该尝试这样做。如果您的运动控制硬件仍然需要激活，可以联系customer support。
注意：如果您希望为CANopen激活NI SoftMotion控制器，可以联系customer support.
