無法透過HelpServer.llb開啟HelpServer

問題: 當我要透過Help » Find Examples開啟LabVIEW Example Finder會有

An error occurred – The NI HelpServer could not be found

錯誤訊息，而在Knowledge Base 37FG663E: NI HelpServer Could Not Be Found When Opening a LabVIEW VI from Example Finder 所描述的方法並不適用於我的情況。HelpServer確實已經透過helpserver VI (位於C:\Program Files\National Instruments\LabVIEW 7.0\resource\system下，並執行HelpSevrer.llb)。也在LabVIEW.ini中重複確認HelpServer的設定是TRUE，不過它還是不能正常動作，人機介面上的LED依舊保持OFF狀態，這到底是什麼原因呢？

解答: 如果有安裝LabVIEW的電腦中也有設定防火牆，那麼防火牆可能會鎖住HelpServer所需要使用的TCP/IP ports，可以先確認防火牆的設定，並確實開啟HelpServer，之後就可以正常使用了。
