解答:
在新建一个可独立运行的DSC应用程序的时候，是不需要LabVIEW DSC Run-Time System的。但是，当在一台没有安装DSC模块的机器上运行应用程序，就需要安装DSC Run-Time System。
如果应用程序是在一台安装了LabVIEW和LabVIEW DSC模块的机器上运行，就不需要安装LabVIEW DSC Run-Time System。然而，如果使用DSC 7.x版本，应用程序必须放在LabVIEW 7.x目录下，这样在运行的时候DSC模块的VI才能被正确地加载。
