Displaying Additional Y-Axes in 2D Axis Systems
Use additional y-axes to display curves with various value ranges in 2D axis systems. To create an additional y-axis, complete the following steps:

Note For this example, delete all the data in the Data Portal and load the data file example.tdm from the user folder. Refer to Loading Data into the Data Portal for further details. |

Select the DIAdem REPORT panel.

Select File»New.

Select Insert»2D Axis System with Line and click and drag to open the axis system in the worksheet.

Double-click the axis system.

Select [1]/Time as the x-channel.

Select [1]/Speed and [1]/Revs as the y-channels.

Select the Line display mode.

Click OK.

Click the Axis Position tab.

Click New Subaxis Left. DIAdem creates an additional y-axis.

Click the Curve List tab.

Click the second row with the [1]/Time, [1]/Revs curve in the curve list and select the y-axis Y2.

Click OK. DIAdem displays an axis system with two y-axes that have different value ranges.

Note You can move, zoom, and individually scale each y-axis in an axis system. |
