问题: 在频谱测量工具包的例程中找不到'Windows Parameters.vi'这个SubVI
解答: 如果您在安装频谱测量工具包1.1.1之前安装过声音与振动工具包2.0，就会发生此问题。
发生这个问题的原因是这两个工具包都共同调用底层的频谱测量库文件（SML），这个库文件中包含了频域相关测量的算法。在之前版本的SML中包含一个叫'Windows Parameters.vi'的SubVI。
SVT2.0中使用的SML的版本新于SML1.1.1，因此如果先安装了SVT2.0，新的SML就已经安装，再安装SMT1.1.1的时候，就不会覆盖已有的SML。
在频谱测量工具包SMT1.1.2中，进行了升级，上述问题也得到了修正。
