安装NI软件是出现“NI产品”安装失败的错误。

问题:
在Windows Vista，WIndows XP，Windows Server 2008或是Windows Server 2003安装NI软件的时候，出现一个一个类似于“The ‘NI Product’ installation has failed with the following error: The Windows Installer Service could not be accessed...”的问题。
解答:
这个问题是有某些Microsoft Hotfixes的版本引起的，例如Microsoft Hotfixes 972397或是Microsoft Hotfix 981669。
可以通过下边方式解决这个问题：
- 使用添加\删除程序定位并删除Hotfix（s）
- 安装附加的Microsoft Hotfix。选择对应操作系统的hotfix版本：
- Windows Vista or Windows Server 2008: Microsoft Hotfix 981929
- Windows Server 2003: Microsoft Hotfix 983280
- Windows XP: 暂时没有对应的hotfix版本。
这种方式可以解决大部分2010年8月之后发布的NI的软件出现的这类问题，小部分例外。
