Provide pre-sales and post sales support for large, complex system sales for immediate impact on revenues. Pre-sales support includes, but not restricted to, doing proof-of-concepts, customer visits, and compiling relevant competitive information. Post sales development support includes, but not restricted to, full implementation of NI’s products in large scale applications.
| Essentual Duties and Responsibilities: |
- Pre sales support developing proof-of-concept and demos, customer visits, gathering competitive information for the successful closure of the sale.
- Conduct preparation for new customer installations, including customer contact for coordination, the construction of the customer's data tables, and preparation of hardware.
- Plan and conduct on-site customer training for end-users.
- Assist the customer through the go-live phase with the new system.
- Provide technical support when not involved in an on-site installation project.
- Perform other collateral duties that may include code review, new product testing, quality assurance, hardware testing, documentation, and the design or modification of customer training programs.
| Education and/or Experience: |
- Two Years experience in Automation or Test & Measurement markets is ideal.
- Candidate must have a Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical & Electronics, Telecommunication or Instrumentation Engineering preferred).
- Must have LabVIEW and/or C/C++ proficiency
- Some project management skills is ideal
