NI-DAQmx for PC Compatibles, version 8.3.1 for Windows XP/2000

NI-DAQmx 8.3.1 is the latest measurement services software for your data acquisition and signal conditioning devices. NI-DAQmx 8.3.1 contains support for:

• NI LabVIEW 8.2 support in addition to LabVIEW 8.0 and LabVIEW 7.1
• NI CompactDAQ chassis and C Series I/O module support — NI cDAQ-9172
• PXI Express M Series the world's first PXIe measurement devices
• M Series USB — NI USB-625x, NI USB-622x, and NI USB-621x
• Additional NI-DAQmx installer types -- Create installers that bundle various sizes of NI-DAQmx.
• Querying of DAQ device capabilities including available physical channels and bus type.

NI-DAQmx Installation Instructions:

1. Create a temporary folder on your local hard drive.
2. Extract the NIDAQ831.zip file into the folder created in Step 1. This creates the installation files necessary for installing NI-DAQmx.
3. To launch the NI-DAQmx installer, run the autorun.exe program from the NIDAQ831 directory and the startup.exe program from the DocBrowser directory
