Can NI Volume License Manager or FLEXnet Publisher (formerly FLEXlm) Run on a Configurable Port?

Problem:
My license server requires that I host my National Instruments licenses on a specific port. Can this be accomplished using NI Volume License Manager or FLEXnet Publisher (formerly FLEXlm)?
