This file contains important information about the LabVIEW FPGA Module.

Installation

You can install all of your LabVIEW products—including the FPGA Module–using the LabVIEW 2010 Platform DVDs. You can find installation instructions for the FPGA Module along with activation instructions in the following locations:

Note: If you purchased this product with an NI Software Suite or NI Product Bundle, use the installation media that shipped with your purchase to install this product.

Known Issues

You can access the software and documentation known issues list online. Refer to the National Instruments Web site for an up-to-date list of known issues in the FPGA Module.

Bug Fixes

The following items are the IDs and titles of a subset of issues fixed in the FPGA Module 2010.

244920Broken FPGA read/write node when switching an FPGA reference from static to dynamic mode.
238765Read/write node does not report register timeout error when FPGA reference is in dynamic mode.
233069If an FPGA dynamic reference wire looks for a missing bitfile path, the VI opens as modified even after being saved.
240183If an FPGA reference is in dynamic mode, the "Writer FIFO.Get Peer To Peer Writer" and "Reader FIFO.Get Peer To Peer Reader" methods are not supported.
