Why Doesn't the Channel LED on my (c)FP-PG-522 Light Up When I Output a Pulse Train?Hardware: FieldPoint>>Discrete I/O Modules>>FP-PG-522
Problem: I created a pulse train to output from my (c)FP-PG-522 in LabVIEW. I ran the program with no errors, but my Channel LED on the pulse generation module does not light up. Solution: The Channel LEDs on the (c)FP-PG-522 use the current from the pulse train to light up. If you do not have load connected correctly, the LED will not pulse with the pulse train. Please see the figure below from the (c)FP-PG-522 Operating Instructions for details on how to properly connect a load. Specifically, make sure that the load is connected across Vsup and Vout.
