Launching NI ELVIS Calibration Wizard Gives Error -9311

Problem:
I was able to run either the NI ELVIS Express VI's in LabVIEW or the ELVIS steps in Signal Express without error, but when I launched the ELVIS Calibration Wizard, I get Error -9311, shown below:

Solution:
To use the ELVIS Calibration Wizard you must first configure your ELVIS unit using the NI ELVIS Instrument Launcher, under Start >> Program Files >> National Instruments >> NI ELVIS 3.0 >> NI ELVIS. Once your unit is configured in the Instrument Launcher, you can open the Calibration Wizard without any problems.
