Problem: What are the supported host platforms for VxWorks on VXIpc controllers? Solution: VXIpc-800 and 700 series National Instruments supports only Windows as a VxWorks host. This means that the host side support has to be installed from a Windows machine. Installing support on a Windows machine and then copying files over manually to a Solaris or Linux host should be possible as well; however, this scenario has not been fully tested and is not officially supported by National Instruments.
