Why Do I Receive a Topic Not Found Error Opening Online Reference Help for VirtualBench-Counter?

Problem: To reproduce the error, launch VirtualBench Online Help. From the contents, open the VirtualBench-Counter help. Keep navigating down the tree until you get to the bottom level (Features, for instance). Double-clicking on the item brings up a Windows error dialog, which says "The topic does not exist. Contact your application vendor for an updated Help file. (129)" This happens for almost all of the counter help.

Solution: Copy the attached counter.hlp file over the counter.hlp (C:\Program Files\National nstruments\VirtualBench\Counter.hlp) file that shipped with VirtualBench 2.6.
