Programmatically Determine Serial Number of a Real-Time Target

Problem:
Is it possible to obtain the serial number of my real-time target programmatically within LabVIEW?

Solution:
This is possible if you have the LabVIEW Internet Toolkit and download the LabVIEW Real-Time System Replication Tools.

After Installing the Real-Time Target System Replication Tools and restarting LabVIEW, right-click the block diagram and select User Libraries»RT System Replication»Get Target Info(IP).vi . Use Programming»Cluster, Class, & Variant»Unbundle by Name to retrieve the real-time target's serial number.
