How Many End Users Get Technical Support with Concurrent Licenses on a Volume License Agreement?

Problem:
I have concurrent licenses on my Volume License Agreement. How many end users get support with concurrent licenses?

Solution:
With concurrent licenses, 3 users may receive support for every 1 license in the concurrent pool. For example, a concurrent pool of 5 LabVIEW licenses means that 15 users are able to get support.

To obtain technical support for these end users, please send in a list of names to agreements@ni.com.
