Problem: I want to apply a user-defined function to a waveform in LabVIEW SignalExpress. This formula is calculated point-by-point. How can I accomplish this? Solution: LabVIEW SignalExpress can perform operations from simple arithmetic to an FFT on entire waveforms. If the necessary operations are not available then LabVIEW can be used. A User-Defined step in LabVIEW SignalExpress allows for custom operations to be written in LabVIEW and then used in the LabVIEW SignalExpress environment.
