User Protection for TX_GetEngineAttribute for Strings is Incorrect in Test Executive 2.0 for CVI

Primary Software: LabWindows/CVI Add-ons>>Test Executive
Primary Software Version: 2.0
Primary Software Fixed Version: N/A
Secondary Software:

Problem: When I call TX_GetEngineAttribute() with a string argument I get a User Protection error. For example, I call this function:
char uutNum[1000] = {0};
TX_GetEngineAttribute(TXATTR_UUTNUM, uutNum);
This function call fails with a UP error. Why is this happening?

Solution: To solve this problem you must replace the txengine\txlib\cktxeng.obj file and the txengine\tstlib\cktxeng.obj file with the cktxeng.obj file that you can download from the Related Link below.
