Error running Automation Symbols Toolkit or PID Toolkit installer from Standard user account with UAC disabled

Problem: The ComponentWorks Automation Symbols Toolkit and ComponentWorks PID Toolkit installers fail to run when launched on a Windows Vista machine from a Standard user account and User Account Control (UAC) is disabled in the operating system, The installers show a 'Setup Initialization Error" dialog box, with the text, "Setup has detected that unInstallShield is in use. Please close unInstallShield and restart setup. Error 432."

Solution: There are two known workarounds for this problem: 1) Log on to the system as an Administrator to run the installers 2) Enable User Account Control (UAC), log on to the system as a Standard user, run the installers, and elevate to Administrator level
