How Do I Set Up Digital Triggering in a CompactDAQ Chassis? Hardware: CompactDAQ>>Backplanes>>cDAQ-9172
Problem: I have an analog input module in my NI cDAQ-9172 chassis. I am trying to use digital triggering, but I cannot select any of the PFI lines. How do I get around this? Solution: In order to use digital triggering with any task in a cDAQ-9172, you must have a digital input module in slot 5 or 6. These are the only two slots that have access to the PFI lines.
