Acquisition Window Problems with IMAQ Interface in MAX

Problem:
The MAX interfaces for NI-IMAQ 3.1.1 and NI-IMAQ for IEEE 1394 2.0 are not compatible with the cwui.ocx control that is included on the May 2005 driver CD. Typical symptoms include Acquisition Window settings reverting to (0, 0, 8, 1) and the timeout value showing 0ms.

Solution:
NI-IMAQ for IEEE 1394 users should upgrade to version 2.0.1 or later from the link below.

NI-IMAQ users should upgrade to NI-IMAQ 3.1.3 or later from the link below.
