NI-Sync 3.0 Fails on Startup when Running RT

Problem:
I just installed NI Sync 3.0 and my startup application VI fails on my RT target. niSync Initialize returns 0xBFFF400A on startup

Solution:
We have identified a difference in mxDF behavior on Pharlap which causes a race condition with the driver initializer. In order to avoid the problem simple place a delay at the beginning of the startup VI. This will allow all necessary applications to start running before the niSync Initialize executes.
