Product Suggestion Center

Problem:
I want to make a suggestion for how to make a National Instruments product better. Is there a website that I can go to in order to give my feedback to National Instrument's Research and Development group?

Solution:
There is a site called the Product Suggestion Center where suggestions can be made to help us improve our products.  This site can be reached from the ni.com homepage by clicking on Contact NI in the top right corner.  On the Contact NI page, click on Feedback under the Product Feedback header as shown in the picture below.

In order to complete a suggestion:
  1. Follow the link at the bottom of this article to the Product Suggestion Center page.
  2. Sign in to your user account or create a new one.
  3. Select the product that you would like to see improved from the drop-down menu.
  4. Click the Details button to continue.
  5. Fill out the required fields, making sure to provide adequate details in the Detailed Description field.
  6. Click the Submit button to send the suggestion to National Instruments.
Once the product suggestion has been made you can choose to Go to the National Instruments home page or Create another suggestion.

Feedback is a very necessary part of the development process. Product Suggestions help to make sure that our products are ever evolving from a user standpoint.
