Adding Additional Buttons to the TestStand Sequence Editor Toolbar

Primary Software: TestStand
Primary Software Version: 4.0
Primary Software Fixed Version: N/A
Secondary Software: N/A

Problem:
There is a Test UUT shortcut button in the sequence editor toolbar. I would like to add one for Single Pass. How can I do it?

Solution:
TestStand 4.0 allows complete customization of the toolbar, including adding/removing icons and configuring keyboard shortcuts.

To add Single Pass as a button, please follow the steps below:
  1. Right click anywhere on the toolbar and select Customize...
  2. Go to the command tab and select Execute as the Category on the left
  3. Drag and drop Second Execution Entry Point onto any position on the toolbar. A green arrow for Single Pass should appear at that position. The order of the entry points, such as Test UUT and Single Pass, are determined by their position in the sequence model.
  4. To remove any icon on the toolbar, drag the icon below toolbar until a cross shows up near the mouse cursor.
  5. To change the keyboard shortcut, click Keyboard... in the Customize dialog.
