TestStand Report Not Displayed When Saved in Folder Path Containing Chinese Characters

Problem:
I have saved a TestStand report in a folder path that includes Chinese characters.  The report is generated, but never displayed.  Why is a report not displayed when saved in a folder path containing Chinese characters?

Solution:
This is a known issue.  If your file is located in a folder path that contains Chinese (Unicode) characters, the report will be generated, but not displayed.
