My PCI-1426, PCI-1410, or PCIe-1429 IMAQ Card Is Still Not Showing Up in MAX on My Windows NT Machine

Primary Software: Driver Software>>NI-IMAQ
Primary Software Version: 3.0
Primary Software Fixed Version: N/A
Secondary Software: N/A
Hardware: Image Acquisition (IMAQ)>>Analog Image Devices>>PCI-1410, Image Acquisition (IMAQ)>>Digital Image Devices>>PCIe-1429

Problem:
I have an IMAQ framegrabber card that offers support for Windows NT according to its datasheet. I verified that I am using the correct version of the IMAQ driver, and that Windows NT is properly configured to detect PCI cards. However, the card still does not show up in MAX even after following all of these prerequisites. Why can't I still detect my Windows NT supported IMAQ card in MAX?

Solution:
This is a known issue for the PCI-1426, PCI-1410, and PCIe-1429 cards. To fix this problem, download one of the attached registry files that correspond to your particular IMAQ card. Double-click on the .reg file, and a prompt should appear saying that it has been successfully installed into the registry. Shut down the computer, insert the IMAQ card, and boot up. The card should now be detected in MAX.

If your IMAQ card is not one of these three specific models, then refer to the Related Links section for further troubleshooting steps.
