Problem: I am trying to select and add more than 15 externally selectable inspections using the Selection Inspection Interface in Vision Builder for Automated Inspection 2.0. When I add any inspection to positions 16 to 31 and save and reboot the NI-145x CVS (Compact Vision System), the inspections are no longer set or selectable on the CVS. Solution: In Vision Builder for Automated Inspection 2.0 you have the option to set up to 32 externally selectable inspections using the digital input Product Selection inputs on the CVS. These are set up under the Selection Inspection Interface under Tools >> Remote Target Options. If you are trying to select and add inspections from positions 16 to 31 these inspections will not be saved. This problem has been resolved in Vision Builder for Automated Inspection 2.5 and later.
