How Do I Resolve VISA Error -1073807202 (0xBFFF009E) on FieldPoint RT Controllers?

Problem:
How Do I Resolve VISA Error -1073807202 (0xBFFF009E) on FieldPoint RT Controllers?

Solution:
Make sure that you have both NI-VISA and NI-Serial RT installed on the [c]FP-20xx. This error has been seen when NI-Serial RT is not installed. To install software on your FieldPoint controller, follow these steps:

1. Open Measurement and Automation Explorer (MAX).
2. Navigate to Remote Systems >> [Name of your FieldPoint Bank].
3. Right Click on Software.
4. Select Add/Remove Software.
5. The following window will appear and allow you to install software on your FieldPoint RT controller.
