Earliest Software Support for the NI 9802

Problem:

I recently purchased an NI 9802 module and I was directed to download and install NI-RIO 2.3.1 or later for the system to perform properly.  However, I currently have NI-RIO 2.3 installed and I have been successful in using the NI 9802 module.  Is it okay to continue to use NI-RIO 2.3 with the NI 9802 Secure Digital Module? 



Solution:

The supported version of NI-RIO to use with the NI 9802 is NI-RIO 2.3.1 or later. If you are currently using NI-RIO 2.3, you need to download and install NI-RIO 2.3.1 or later for the system to perform properly.

NI-RIO 2.3 installed Beta support for the NI 9802 and may cause unexpected behavior.
