Where Are the V, C, and Cold-Junction Compensation (CJC) Pins On the 37-Pin Connector Slots of Compact FieldPoint Backplanes.

Hardware: Compact FieldPoint>>Backplanes>>cFP-BP-4

Problem: FieldPoint I/O module operating instructions have terminal pinouts but do not give the pin numbers for V, C, and CJC.

Solution: Where are the V, C, and cold-junction compensation (CJC) pins on the 37-pin connector slots of Compact FieldPoint backplanes?

The I/O module operating instructions give procedures for connecting to a connector block or terminal base, where the V and C terminals are clearly marked and the CJC thermistor is internal. Users connecting a 37-pin DSub connector to the 37-pin slot on a cFP-BP-x backplane can use the following figure and table to locate the V, C, and CJC pins.

DSub PinSignal
33V
34V
35C
36C
37CJC
