Installing the State Diagram Toolkit on Windows Vista Results in an Error at the End of the Process.

Problem: Installation of the State Diagram Toolkit 1.0 on Windows Vista results in an error, however the installation appears to complete successfully and the error can be ignored.

Solution: The installation has been successful even though the error message does not reflect that. The State Diagram Toolkit should be available after installation.
