Can I Read MATRIXx Help Through Internet Explorer? Primary Software: MATRIXxPrimary Software Version: 7.0 Primary Software Fixed Version: N/A Secondary Software: N/A
Problem: Can I read MATRIXx help through Internet Explorer? I understand that I will not have context help via MATRIXx, but all I want to do is browse through the documentation without actually loading Netscape on my machine. Solution: Yes you can open the MATRIXx help in Internet Explorer or your default browser. From the MATRIXx folder you want to navigate to ..\xmath\help\help.html. It contains links to all other help pages. In Windows you can also reach the help page from the Start Menu. There is a MATRIXx Help link in the MATRIXx group on the Start Menu, which will open in your default browser. MATRIXx 6.3 now uses Internet Explorer instead of Netscape to access the help. When you type help in Xmath it will bring up Internet Explorer with the correct help page. See www.ni.com/matrixx for more details.
