Missing LabVIEW Modulation Toolkit Examples for the NI PXI-5660 RF Vector Signal Analyzer

Problem: I have the LabVIEW Modulation Toolkit 3.1. I recently upgraded the NI-RFSA driver to version 2.0 or later, but I can only find a few of the NI 5660 example programs I expected to see. Where are the others?
Solution: This can be fixed by installing the Modulation Toolkit 3.1.1 patch.Details:Modulation Toolkit 3.1 contains nine example programs for use with the NI 5660 VIs for programming the NI PXI-5660 RF vector signal analyzer in LabVIEW:
- MT ni5660 3DIQ
- MT ni5660 CCDF
- MT ni5660 Demodulate AM
- MT ni5660 Demodulate AM-SSB
- MT ni5660 Demodulate FM
- MT ni5660 FM Spectrum
- MT ni5660 IQ
- MT ni5660 Phase Noise
- MT ni5660 PM Spectrum
Some time after Modulation Toolkit 3.1 was released, the NI-RFSA driver package was upgraded to version 2.0. This version includes the NI 5660 software API for programming the NI PXI-5660 in LabVIEW, along with the new NI-RFSA driver API for programming the NI PXI-5661 RF vector signal analyzer. Several new example programs were added for the NI 5660 API:
