Error 1311 While Installing Measurement Studio

Primary Software: Measurement Studio>>Enterprise Edition (Full Development System)
Primary Software Version: 6.0
Primary Software Fixed Version: N/A
Secondary Software: Measurement Studio>>Professional Edition (Base Package), Measurement Studio>>Standard Edition (Starter Kit)

Problem:
I am trying to install Measurement Studio and I am getting the following error:

Error 1311: Can't find measurement studio1.cab file

Solution:
Although it is rare, sometimes the MSI installer has trouble copying the files from CD ROM drives. Try copying the contents from the CD to a local hard drive and installing from there. This will usually fix this problem.
