Error -2146827284 Occurs When Using Append Table to Report.vi

Problem:
I am attempting to append a large 2D array to my Excel report with the Append Table to Report.vi and I am receiving the following error:

What is the problem?

Solution:
Microsoft Excel has limit to the amount of rows and columns that it can process, and exceeding these limits will cause error -2146827284.

Excel Version	Excel 2007	Excel 2003 and earlier
Maximum Rows	1 Million	65536
Maximum Columns	16,384	256

Either reduce the number data points or use the Standard Report option when creating a new report. Also consider NI DIAdem for viewing and processing large amounts of data.
