Resource Library For IEPE Sensors Sold Through National Instruments

Hardware: Modular Instruments>>Dynamic Signal Acquisition and Analysis (DSA)

Problem:
Where can I get some information on integrating both NI DSA hardware and IEPE sensors, especially PCB sensors sold through ni.com?  If I need to RMA these sensors who should I contact?

Solution:
You will find a few documents below in the Related Links section with good content on both DSA and these IEPE sensors.  In addition to a National Instruments support contract, if you have one, you can use the PCB Technical Support especially for sensor specific questions.

PCB Technical Support Contact Info
1-800-828-8840
No service request is needed.  Just call the following number and ask to speak to a technical support representative.

While National Instruments can facilitate the RMA (repair) process for any IEPE sensor sold through ni.com, the turnaround time is much longer than if you go straight to the manufacturer. If a sensor needs repair, we recommend you contact PCB directly or use the contact information provided below.

PCB RMA Department Contact Info
1-800-828-8840
Ask to speak to Judi Varga or another RMA representative.
