Schematic View of the Switch Soft Front Panel Showing Incorrect Connections

Problem:
The Schematic view of my Switch Soft Front Panel (SFP) does not update appropriately after I make changes to relay states in my application.

Solution:
There are two likely scenarios:

You program connections in a switch or relay using the NI Switch Relay Control VI:
The Schematic view of the Switch SFP updates based on a channel connection list, which is only updated when channels are connected or disconnect using the Connect Channels or Disconnect Channels VIs. If you use the Relays View, you will notice that the Relay Positions correctly correspond with how you configured them in your application.

The Schematic View updates after several seconds or never updates at all:
The Switch SFP automatically refreshes its Schematic and Relays views every 1500 ms by default. You can verify that this refresh rate is enabled and set to a desirable duration by checking the Global Refresh settings under File » Options in the SFP.
