Software Requirements for Calibration Executive on Windows 2000/XP System

Problem:
I met all the hardware requirements but when I insert Calibration Executive CD it gives me an error that I did not meet the minimum requirement. All my hardware is within the specification. What are the software minimum requirements?

Solution:
The minimum software requirement for Calibration Executive Ver. 3.1 is Windows 2000 Service Pack 4 (SP 4) or Windows XP Service Pack 2 (SP2).
