Why is the Power Light on My FieldPoint AIO-600 Flashing?

Hardware: FieldPoint

Problem:
The power light on my FP-AIO-600 module is constantly blinking on and off. I can not find anything in the module's operating instructions that indicates what this means. When I try to read values from the module, I just get a Bad Channel Status error on all of my channels. Is my FP-AIO-600 module damaged?

Solution:
The blinking power light on a FieldPoint module usually indicates that the module is damaged in some way. The power light is not intended to indicate a certain status of the module. The module is actually powering itself off due to an internal hardware error and then powering itself back on automatically. This cycle repeats and causes the power light to blink on and off. If this is happening with your FieldPoint module, you must return it to National Instruments for repair. Also, check the network module that it was attached to because a fault in the network modules could damage I/O modules that are attached to it.
