How Do I Use a National Instruments GPIB/VXI-C Controller with an HP-GPIB Board?

Hardware: GPIB>>Plug-in Controllers>>GPIB-VXI/C

Problem: How do I use a National Instruments GPIB/VXI-C Controller with an HP-GPIB board?

Solution: You must install HP-VISA (not NI-VISA) in order to use a National Instruments GPIB/VXI-C Controller with an HP-GPIB board.

1. Uninstall NI-VISA

2. Install HP-VISA

3. Copy the attached files into the VXI PNP BIN directory (\vxipnp\win95\bin on Windows 9x, and \vxipnp\winnt\bin on Windows NT)
