Error -17208 when Calibrating an SCXI-1104 with Calibration Executive 3.2

Problem:
Why do I receive error "-17208, File or directory not found" when I try to calibrate my SCXI-1104 with Calibration Executive 3.2?

Solution:
When trying to calibrate an SCXI-1104 with Calibration Executive 3.2 the calibration procedure tries to load a dll file called niezio.dll. If the file is missing the following error will appear:

This dll does not get installed by the Calibration Executive 3.2 installer, however you can find it below. To resolve this problem, you can save the attached dll file to the calibration procedures directory typically found here: C:\Program Files\National Instruments\Calibration Executive\procedures\Scxi1104\Support Files
