Problem: I am seeing delays or interference on the connection to my WLS-9163. Why is this and how can I fix it? Solution: Radio Frequency (RF) interference occurs when an errant signal is operating on the same frequency that your 802.11 Wi-Fi network uses. For networks compatable with the WLS 9163, this is 2.4 GHz. Any extraneous noise at this frequency pollutes the signal and can lead to network transmission delays or failures.
