DIAdem Crashes Upon Launching Primary Software: DIAdemPrimary Software Version: 9.1 Primary Software Fixed Version: N/A Secondary Software: DIAdem
Problem: When I try and launch DIAdem 9.1, the program seems to crash. I have heard of issues involving McAfee Antvirus and do have McAfee 8 installed. What's going on and how can I fix this problem? Solution: There have been several issues with DIAdem and McAfee Antivirus. In this case, DIAdem is crashing due to the fact that the DIAdem and McAfee scripts are colliding. To fix this issue, install DIAdem 9.1 SP2. After installing this service pack, DIAdem should launch fine. Refer to the links below for further information and downloads.
