How Do I Synchronize the FPGA Clock in my R-Series Intelligent I/O Board to my PXI clock?

Primary Software: LabVIEW Modules>>FPGA Module
Primary Software Version: 8.0
Primary Software Fixed Version: N/A
Secondary Software: N/A
Hardware: Reconfigurable I/O (RIO)>>R Series, PXI/CompactPCI, Reconfigurable I/O (RIO)>>R Series

Problem: I would like to synchronize the FPGA clock of my R-series PXI board to the 10 MHz clock in the PXI backplane. Where can I make this setting?

Solution: When using LabVIEW 8,
  1. Open a project and create the PXI real-time controller and FPGA target

  2. Right-click on the FPGA target and select Download Attributes or Bit File to Flash Memory

  3. In the Download Attributes or Bit File to Flash Memory window, check the checkbox marked Synchronize FPGA Clock to PXI_CLK10

  4. Press the Download Attributes button to download the settings to the R-Series card
