Online E Series Diagnostic Utility Does Not Load in Internet Explorer

Problem:
I am trying to run the Online E Series Diagnostic Utility on my E Series board that is not supported in DAQmx. The utility does not appear to load in Internet Explorer. How can I remedy this?

Solution:
If your E Series board is supported by NI-DAQmx, we suggest that you download and run the new DAQ Diagnostic Utility rather than the Online E Series Diagnostic Utility.

If you must use the Online E Series Diagnostic Utility, you may experience problems due to a recent Windows Security Update. This security update prevents the utility from loading in your internet browser. To fix this problem, you need to add www.ni.com as a trusted site in Internet Explorer.
  1. Open Internet Explorer
  2. Go to Tools » Internet Options
  3. Go to the Security tab
  4. Click on Trusted Sites and then on Sites
  5. Make sure the checkbox labeled Require server verification(https:) for all sites in this zone is unchecked
  6. Type www.ni.com in the Add this Web Site to the zone line and click Add
  7. Click OK
  8. Restart Internet Explorer so the change can take effect.
