My PCI-232/8 and PCI-232/4 Hangs My Computer

Hardware: Serial>>RS-232

Problem: My PCI-232/8 or PCI-232/4 board passes the diagnostics. As soon as I read from my board, Windows 95 crashes. When writing to my board, it works fine. The same boards that failed in my computer work in other computers for both reads and writes.
